Where do you ship? 

We currently ship to Australia, United States, United Kingdom and Canada.

When can I expect my package?

Orders to The UK, Canada, and the USA can take between 7-30 business days to be received.

Unfortunately the pandemic has caused many postage delays globally, we hope this doesn’t impact you and we will do our best to ensure you receive your order within this time frame. If haven’t received your order within the above time frame please contact us at hello@editskincare.com.

PROCESSING TIME: 

All orders are shipped within 42 hours of purchase on business days in Queensland, Australia (AEST). Any orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched within 42 hours from the following Monday. Please note, during sale periods or public holidays, we may experience small dispatch delays.

Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse Edit Skin cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. If you are experiencing any of these issues, please contact the courier directly.

Can I return something if I don't like it?

We’re sorry we let you down! :(. All Edit Skin items can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date and within the original condition and packaging please for a full refund -  Return postage must be covered by the buyer. Please email hello@editskincare.com
